If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong background in healthcare logistics, we want to hear from you! **Schedule/Compensation Details:** * Enjoy a hybrid work solution that offers the best of both worlds: 3 days a week onsite in Horsham, PA, and 2 days a week remote * Competitive pay rate: $25.75 * MUST RESIDE IN OR NEAR HORSHAM, PENNSYLVANIA **Why Join arenaflex?** * Medical and dental benefits to support your well-being * Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing industry * Enjoy a positive and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and growth * Paid training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Order Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Order and Case Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of certified treatment sites, fielding and/or responding to inquiries regarding the cilta-cel treatment ordering process and all associated logistics. * Issue Resolution: Proactively work with treatment sites to resolve any order-related problems that may arise, and provide expert order management support when needed. * Proactive Support: Monitor treatment orders and proactively advise sites of any concerns or issues that may impact their ability to deliver cilta-cel therapy. * Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex customer requests and ensure seamless order management. * Site performance monitoring: Work with internal colleagues to monitor site performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements in the end-to-end order management journey. * Site Education: Provide treatment sites with educational materials around the end-to-end order fulfillment process for cilta-cel. * Site Certification: Assist new treatment sites with onboarding onto the ordering platform, including establishing and maintaining account information and monitoring certification status. **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Education: An Associate's degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree, is required. * Work Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of work experience in the healthcare industry, with a mix of experiences across the following areas: + Manufacturing / Supply Chain + Clinical Trial Coordination / Site Management + Finance / Trade Process Planning + Customer Service / Customer Call Center + Academic or Large Treatment Site + Oncology, CAR-T, or Cell & Gene Therapy Experience * Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to manage conflict and defuse difficult situations. * Collaboration: Effectively work in a team environment that requires coordination with multiple internal and external organizations. * Resourcefulness: Skilled in problem-solving and using personal knowledge and available resources to work through ambiguous situations and resolve customer inquiries. * Accountability: Demonstrates excellent case management skills, takes ownership, and is proactive in resolving customer inquiries. * Flexibility: Can dynamically adjust priorities due to changing circumstances and is comfortable operating in complex environments. * Travel: This position may require up to 10% travel to other locations for business meetings. **About arenaflex:** At arenaflex, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our clients in the healthcare industry.
