Job Overview The Customer Service Agent role is a hybrid position that combines remote and onsite work, offering the flexibility to manage customer requests, support marketing communication, and maintain strong customer relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in sales and operations, ensuring seamless communication, and fostering positive customer awareness. Your expertise will be instrumental in strengthening outdoor sales efforts, coordinating with warehouse and ground handling agents, and participating in other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity using multiple channels of communication Support marketing communication to foster positive customer awareness on arenaflex news and services Maintain and strengthen close customer relationships at all levels Ensure correct billing to customers by controlling bookings and Air Waybills, and make corrections as needed Strengthen outdoor sales efforts by supporting rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, and reports Prioritize workloads to enable swift and competent response to internal and external inquiries Coordinate with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure operations run smoothly Participate in other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Associate's degree preferred Good MS Office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Logistics or customer service training is an asset Experience in customer service and/or operations Ideally experienced in air cargo/logistics and/or aviation environment Good command of French and English language: fluent in speaking and writing Any other languages are an advantage Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written (email, letter, internet) Professional attitude with internal and external interfaces Impeccable customer service attitude Initiative, reliable, and quality-oriented working attitude Flexibility to work on different functions within the department Willingness and ability to travel Essential Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
