Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their travel experiences exceed their expectations. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $35 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic work environment that is designed to support your growth and success. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their travel experiences exceed their expectations. Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets, as well as book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations. Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations, and perform passenger check-in and front seat assignment. Issue vouchers or coordinate with contractors for traveler hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation, and coordinate refuel and refresh. Perform passenger boarding, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation, and work door reader/scanner and related duties to include pre-boarding, monitoring/checking carryon items, and exit line models. Work jetways/bridges for purposes of boarding and deplaning passengers, and make boarding and flight door announcements. Convey domestic/international flight documents, and perform passenger service flight close-out procedures. Accept, check, and label passengers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters. Maintain schedule of flight boarding process, and perform customer service hands-on training. Process and complete Visa baggage transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations. Assist passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage handling at ticket counters. Line lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters, and clear/confirm international documents at kiosk in the ticket counter area and activation stations. Accept and activate passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations, and assist customers requiring special assistance or in-station. Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements. Have standard and predictable attendance on-site, including meeting any mandatory overtime requirements. Answer and assist during security and/or emergency situations, and furnish connecting passengers with gate information. Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and in accordance with arenaflex's guidelines. Comply with company policies, procedures, and performance standards, and complete task-relevant stages of training. Utilize various internal resources/systems, including during customer interactions, and wear uniform as required by company policy. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations. Valid driver's license as required by local authorities. Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable. Must be able to obtain proper airport authority or US Customs security badges, if applicable. Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Saber or other Passenger Service Systems. Prior face-to-face customer service experience.
