About the Role As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face and voice of our digital sportsbook operations, providing comprehensive support to customers via live chat, email, and phone. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience, providing in-depth knowledge of our mobile applications, and demonstrating a desire to understand ways to improve our platforms. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via live chat, email, and phone to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide comprehensive information on our mobile apps Use internal resources and systems to view customer account statuses and histories, and assist with conversations with customers Provide an exclusive level of customer service during every conversation, demonstrating friendliness, care, and building value in the arenaflex brand Assist customers with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs to special events, while sustaining company conversion rate expectations Operate telephone system to set call availability status, answer and transfer inbound phone calls, and execute outbound phone calls when applicable Answer customer questions about arenaflex, account statuses, promotional offers, and event information Follow internal standard operating procedures to escalate issues to internal departments and personnel Assist with securing helpful business insights by dispositioning customer contact reasons upon conclusion of each interaction Use internal tools and systems to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues customers are experiencing with our products Deliver exceptional performance results in customer satisfaction and contact handle times Collaborate with leaders and fellow team members to stay current with daily trends that impact the customer experience Maintain a strong track record for punctuality and attendance Perform other duties as assigned About You To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or college degree, and be at least 21 years of age. You must also have a heightened sense of urgency and passion to learn new things, as well as a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, you must be able to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation, and have strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or college degree required At least 1 year of experience in customer service or customer support Heightened sense of urgency and passion to learn new things Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers Ability to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under heavy pressure Great problem-solving abilities Ability to interpret incomplete or cryptic messages that might be written by English as a second language customers Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the sports wagering or online casino games industry Knowledge of mobile applications and digital sportsbook operations Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a hourly rate of $20.50, which includes a $1.00 shift differential for overnight shifts.
