Job Overview As a Customer Trainee at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our Quality Control Team, ensuring that our customers and employees are receiving the highest level of service and support. This is a simple and flexible job that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as basic computer and internet skills. Key Responsibilities Calling customers and employees to check on the status of their work and ensure that they are meeting the required standards Writing and submitting reports to your supervisor, providing detailed information and feedback Utilizing computer skills to navigate our systems and software, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access Developing and maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and explain clearly and concisely Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, technologies, and processes Essential Qualifications Highly motivated and self-starting, with a strong desire to learn and grow Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and explain clearly Basic computer and internet skills, including familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access Comfortable talking on the phone and interacting with customers and employees Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, although not necessary, is highly desirable Familiarity with Email Mail Merge and other software applications is an asset Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed and grow in their careers.
