Job Summary As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers, using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions. You will work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, and will be compensated accordingly.
