Creating invoices in QuickBooks, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed. Maintaining a professional demeanor while communicating with clients in both English and Spanish (if bilingual), providing inclusive support to our diverse client base. Providing feedback on customer interactions to help improve processes and services, contributing to the growth and development of our customer service strategies. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: Previous experience in customer service, office, or call center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in data entry and office software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
