Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Associate to join our team in a remote call center environment in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of our team, you will work under supervision to receive and process inbound calls from patients, providers, and other medical staff. You will execute outbound calls or electronic tasks to assist with providing medical-related services, including appointment scheduling, prescriptions refills, facility locations, and lab results. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to resolve routine to complex issues will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and customers. Primary Responsibilities Accept and direct all incoming calls into a computerized PBX system, with a goal of answering 95% of calls in five rings or less. Act as a physician's answering service for arenaflex, providing exceptional support and service to our patients and providers. Document all calls with 100% accuracy, ensuring that all information is captured and recorded correctly. Connect personnel to callers as requested, with a goal of achieving 95% accuracy. Adhere to phone scripting and relay information telephonically with 95% accuracy, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective. Perform critical/emergency tasks according to department policy with 100% accuracy, demonstrating your ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on analyzing and solving customer problems. 6 months of experience working in a call center environment. Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications. Flexibility to work a full-time variable schedule, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, as well as holidays, to support our 24/7 business operations. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: 1 year of experience working in a healthcare environment in a call center or front desk position. Knowledge of insurance products. Telecommuting Requirements To work remotely for arenaflex, you will need to: Reside within the specified area of Las Vegas, NV. Have the ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable). Establish a dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. Have access to a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
