Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive. Ascertain the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Utilize proprietary arenaflex systems to look up member information and provide personalized support and guidance. Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more complex issue, such as claims or authorizations, and ensure that all customers receive the support they need. Manage time effectively to ensure that calls are answered within required timeframes, and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position. Document all calls appropriately, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues, foster teamwork among department personnel, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations. Respond to requests for internal and external customers and/or clients, as required, providing exceptional support and service to all stakeholders.
