Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing customer service support and resolving routine problems regarding our products or services. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impression and build strong relationships with our client base. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and needs, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consistently striving for excellence in every interaction. Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and utilize decision-support tools and resources to provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues. Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills, maximizing opportunities to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, adhering to established procedures and protocols. Maintain a basic knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and offerings to provide accurate and informative support. Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient issue resolution. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of arenaflex. Offer additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and provide value-added solutions. Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and easily accessible. Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, providing timely and effective support. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma and have at least three to six months of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. You should be courteous, with a strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge are essential, as well as the ability to effectively multitask, adapt to changes quickly, and work in a fast-paced, high-production environment. Essential Qualifications High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. Courteous with strong customer service orientation. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. Dependable with strong attention to detail. Skilled in multitasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly. Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production work environment. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment. Basic knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information. Experience with call tracking databases and other customer service software applications. Ability to rotate shifts, as needed, and work in a 24/7 environment.
