Job Overview We currently have full-time and part-time positions available for Customer Service Representatives who can work evening and weekend shifts. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via inbound calls. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. Shift Availability We are looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts, including: 4PM to 11PM, Monday to Friday 12AM shifts, Monday to Friday At least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) per week Holidays (depending on scheduling needs) Availability for both weekend days is a plus, and we offer a bilingual differential for Spanish/English bilingual candidates.
