As a CSR, you'll be responsible for communicating with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs, resolving customer inquiries, and providing repayment options. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role that offers opportunities for growth and development, we encourage you to apply. **Essential Job Duties** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to incoming borrower calls, chats, and making outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner * Counseling and informing borrowers of their repayment options, deferments, and forbearance eligibility * Taking payments and updating the borrower's account in an efficient manner * Locating needed information and minimizing the time borrowers would be put on hold * Maintaining the security and privacy of the borrower to protect both the borrower and our partners * Working an 8-hour shift with a one 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks * Utilizing strong computer skills to navigate our systems and tools **Qualifications/Additional Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college or bachelor's degree preferred * Ability to pass a pre-employment cognitive and personality assessment * Must be able to obtain a Federal 5C Security Clearance and credit check * Must live in or near the Dallas-Fort Worth area * Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to multitask (type while talking) * Must have access to home internet with at least 10 mg capacity and router for ethernet cord * Must have a location in home that is free of noise and distraction **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in using computer systems and tools * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
