As a part of our team, you'll be working with a dynamic and supportive group of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: **Customer Support** * Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries promptly * Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries * Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction **Administrative Tasks** * Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed * Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed * Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members * Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, even in high-stress situations * Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems * Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, with minimal supervision * Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus, but not required **Work Environment** As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
