Job Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual for a temporary Customer Service Representative position with excellent potential for permanent employment. This role is an ideal opportunity for New York State residents to pivot their customer service expertise into the dynamic healthcare industry, working from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline interface with customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring that each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner. Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring that each interaction is handled with empathy, respect, and patience. Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring data integrity. Provide clear and concise information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure seamless issue resolution. Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The initial training period will be approximately two weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Please note that rotating holidays may be required as needed. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must be a New York State resident with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the healthcare industry or medical insurance sector. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
