About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring that each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns Accurately document call content in real-time, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and up-to-date Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved promptly Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes: Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks) Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring that our customers receive uninterrupted support and service During the training period, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our values, and our customer service standards. You will also receive comprehensive training on our systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
