Job Overview arenaflex's Customer Care division is hiring 100s of Customer Care Representatives in the Las Vegas, NV area. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Take inbound calls, providing heart-driven service to our plan members, and offering solutions to simplify their health care experience. Utilize your skills and knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information, ensuring that our members better understand their coverage and options. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of health care and enhance your customer service skills. Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Essential Qualifications 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience). Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner. Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life. Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence. Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
