Job Overview arenaflex's Customer Care division is hiring 100s of Customer Care Representatives in the Las Vegas, NV area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience. Compensation and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour.
