You'll work closely with team leaders to ensure a safe and exceptional experience for our passengers, and you'll have the opportunity to work flexibly across all areas of customer services. This role will challenge you, but it will also provide you with a vast amount of experience, as you'll be responsible for greeting customers, handling airport-related tasks, and reporting to team leaders. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a continuous experience at all contact points * Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc) * Working closely with team leaders and taking instructions from them * Conducting relevant administrative tasks, such as Atac, preflight, and post-flight departure * Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times * Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers * Attending and completing all required training by given deadlines * Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times * Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post **All You'll Need for Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent interpersonal skills * A solution-oriented approach * The ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints * The ability to handle a stressful environment effectively and work with minimum supervision * A strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face contact with customers * The ability to be a representative of the company at all times * A well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards at all times * The ability and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays * Reliability and punctuality * Compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures * The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard * A valid BAA airside pass * GSAT training * The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training * A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required * The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required **Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience** * PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email **Experience Free to Be Yourself at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment that supports our team members in reaching their full potential.
