About the Role We're seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team as seasonal Provider Services Representatives. This exciting project focuses on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and you will play a vital role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
