Job Overview In this full-time remote customer service role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from store partners, creating tickets for support and follow-up purposes, and conducting basic troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls from store partners and responding to their queries and concerns Creating tickets with details from calls and following up on support requests Conducting basic troubleshooting to resolve customer issues Following written instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer support Handling forms and documents sent by service providers Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
