Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Handling inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry * Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow * Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period and pass required exams **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is a plus.
