Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices regarding requests for information on medication and benefits. Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate team member when necessary. Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex's standard operating procedures and training guidelines, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and departmental policies. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team in achieving its goals. Requirements for Success: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to personal development. At least 1 year of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to provide exceptional support and resolve issues effectively. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship, ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Nice-to-Haves: While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Call center experience, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple interactions simultaneously.
