This role is critical to our success, requiring a unique blend of problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Primary Responsibilities and Expectations As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Assist customers with questions on arenaflex products (websites and marketing) Provide accurate and timely customer service via phone and email Handle complex escalated inquiries from customers, exercising patience, empathy, and understanding Utilize arenaflex's Customer Service tools (Hubspot, Aircall, arenaflex Suite's Advisor Admin, Guru, Slack, Google Docs, etc.) to resolve customer issues Record and maintain detailed notes about interactions with customers Report bugs and other issues on platforms to developers Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction Provide feedback to management on customer experience and customer likes/dislikes about arenaflex's products Participate in ongoing training to stay current with our products, services, and industry developments Skills and Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A proactive problem-solving approach with outstanding critical thinking skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments Willingness to dig for the right answer and ask questions when needed Ability to work proactively individually and in a team environment A true passion for exceptional customer service, with a focus on delivering positive, memorable experiences Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English Ability to type 50+ words per minute Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting your career growth and development.
