Essential Qualifications: Proficiency in speaking and writing in English, or bilingual in Spanish and English. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers through various channels. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently. Basic computer skills, including the ability to type and navigate computerized systems. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with minimal distractions and interruptions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, either in a call center or retail environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team. Strong technical skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms. A certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation, or a related field.
