Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently Utilize various systems and tools to initiate and service customer requests, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions Make recommendations tailored to customers' needs, driving sales growth and promoting customer loyalty Handle credit checks, service activations, and changes, as well as receivables management and collections Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data problems, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed Provide support for products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, and software applications Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, using this insight to improve customer experiences and drive business growth Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: Call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime Advanced typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team A dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's WFH standards, with reliable internet service and a direct LAN connection Preferred Qualifications At least one year of customer service experience, with a focus on sales, retention, or technical support Call center experience, with knowledge of call center software and technology Advanced typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
