Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Sales to join our team at our 826 Eastpark Dr., Grayson, KY 41143 location. As a hybrid role, you will work in our center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, introducing our latest technology, services, and offers, and helping our customers stay connected to what matters most. Key Responsibilities Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, addressing their needs and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services Essential Qualifications Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours Occasional overtime may be required Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) for remote work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service in the telecommunications industry Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly rate of $16.00 - $18.30, plus up to $12,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
