Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Sales Hybrid to join our team in Mesa, AZ. As a Premier Service Consultant, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and introducing customers to the latest technology, services, and offers. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from our call center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week, providing a unique opportunity to balance work and personal life. Key Responsibilities Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, addressing their needs, and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services Essential Qualifications Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours Occasional overtime may be required Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) for remote work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role Knowledge of telecommunications products and services Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software applications and systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies Strong customer service and sales skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software applications and systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and decision-making skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
