Your responsibilities will include: * **Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support. * **Professionally responding to customer inquiries**: You'll be the expert, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers. * **Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management**: You'll be the problem-solver, identifying and escalating critical issues to ensure our customers receive the support they need. * **Following up on complicated customer interactions where required**: You'll be the follow-up expert, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues. * **Recording details of customer interactions (proficiently and accurately)**: You'll be the data expert, accurately recording customer interactions to help us improve our services. * **Develop rapport with customers, with an upbeat and positive attitude**: You'll be the relationship-builder, developing strong relationships with our customers and providing a positive experience. * **Offer solutions- not excuses**: You'll be the solution-provider, offering creative and effective solutions to our customers' problems. **What We're Looking For** We're searching for confident, self-starters who want to bring positivity and a great experience to our customers.
