You will work closely with our technical teams, including AWS specialists, to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support and service. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborate with technical teams, including AWS specialists, to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. * Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent escalations and ensure client satisfaction. * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including AWS offerings. * Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services. * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science. * 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or IT-related field. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and technical teams. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a cloud-based environment, such as AWS or Azure. * Knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda. * Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk. * Certification in customer service or technical support, such as CompTIA or ITIL. * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and technical teams. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
