Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents * Assisting with booking new reservations or updating prior requests * Handling all general questions or inquiries with a smile and a solution **Work from Home Equipment** We've got you covered! arenaflex provides all the necessary equipment for you to succeed in this role, including: * High-speed internet (with a $50 monthly stipend to help with costs) * State-of-the-art technology and software to ensure seamless communication and productivity **Pay and Benefits** As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $17.00, with opportunities to earn up to $400 extra per month by meeting performance goals.
