You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor. **Expected Hours and Work Environment** The expected hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with access to a dedicated workspace and the latest technology. **Role Responsibilities** * Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner * Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand * Empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business' bottom line * Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met **Role Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role * Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication tools **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry * Knowledge of arenaflex brands and products * Experience using CRM software and communication tools * Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
