Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. As a Customer Success Associate, you will communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to help grow a successful brand. Key Responsibilities Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support. Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand and drive business growth. Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line and making decisions that balance both. Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that the needs of the customers are being met and that we continuously improve our services. Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers and contributing to the team's success. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction. Access to a consistently stable internet connection, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success.
