Key Responsibilities As an Experienced Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for: * Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the customer life cycle * Leveraging analytics to proactively engage with customers, improve product adoption, and ensure their success with Ford Pro Solutions * Continuously improving processes by incorporating customer feedback to enhance overall customer success * Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and increase their ROI * Collaborating with internal stakeholders and channel partners to advocate for customer needs and drive business growth * Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolution, problem-solving, and timely issue resolution * Attaining established objectives regarding quality targets, productivity, and customer file maintenance within our CRM * Providing updates on new features or functionality for contracted services, identifying opportunities to educate customers on existing and new Ford Pro Intelligence products You'll Have... * A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience * 4+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role * 4+ years of experience demonstrating excellent follow-up practices, evidenced by consistently achieving a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score and/or High Net Promoter Score (NPS) for interactions involving follow-up * 2+ years of experience utilizing a CRM tool (i.e., Salesforce) Even Better, You May Have... * Both written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish * Exceptional soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution * Experience in software implementations with a focus on fleet telematics or fleet management software * Experience working with Dealers or Commercial Fleet customers in a sales or service capacity * Analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information to understand issues and solutions * Critical thinking skills, with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions * Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple ongoing projects * Detail-oriented, with a focus on building client trust, appreciation, and respect * Flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage, solve problems, and provide solutions in a climate of ambiguity * Clear communication skills, with the ability to write and present effectively in a remote environment * Adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and manage, solve problems, and provide solutions in a climate of ambiguity * High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships, defuse conflict, and foster customer-centricity Why Join blithequark?
