Job Overview The Customer Success Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing our food ordering app, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely information through inbound and outbound phone calls. This is a full remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space, located in the United States. As a night shift specialist, you will work Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 am to 11:00 am, with a rotational shift pattern that includes 5 days per week, 8 working hours, and a 1-hour break. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. Provide exceptional support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Process payments securely, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and security protocols.
