Job Overview The Customer Success Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing our food ordering app, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely information through inbound and outbound phone calls. This is a full remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space, located in the United States. As a night shift specialist, you will work Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 am to 11:00 am, with a rotational shift pattern that includes 5 days per week, 8 working hours, and a 1-hour break. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. Provide exceptional support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Process payments securely, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and security protocols. Proactively support customers, maintaining brand reputation and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience. Escalate priority issues to the relevant teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction. Collaborate with the customer support team to improve service quality, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures. Maintain and improve service quality, continuously monitoring and evaluating customer feedback to inform service enhancements. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field, demonstrating a strong foundation in academic achievement. At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory. B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is also required, as you will be communicating with customers who speak both languages. Technical Skills In addition to the essential qualifications, you must also possess the following technical skills: Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (wpm) with 90% accuracy, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
