If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! * **Call Center Experience:** 2-3+ years of experience in a call center environment, utilizing telephony-related production tools, is highly desirable. * **Education:** In lieu of customer service experience, we'll consider candidates with a Bachelor's degree. * **Data Entry Speed:** Type 7,000+ KPH with accuracy and efficiency. * **Attendance and Call Metrics:** Meet strict attendance expectations and call metrics, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **A Day in the Role:** As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim information to callers. Your day will be filled with: * **Data Entry:** Enter information into our system while on the phone with customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * **Multi-Tasking:** Juggle multiple tasks, including working on a computer and on the phones, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * **Computer and Phone Skills:** Work comfortably on a computer and on the phones all day, with scheduled lunch breaks to recharge. * **Team Environment:** Collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding customer service, working together to meet operational standards and exceed call center metrics. **Responsibilities:** * **Claim Information:** Provide external and internal callers with timely, accurate, and customer-focused disability and/or life and/or leave claim information. * **Documentation:** Record summaries of information exchanged in our claim system with a high level of accuracy and detail, ensuring easy understanding by the user. * **Claim Acknowledgement:** Issue timely and accurate claim acknowledgement correspondence, processing incoming documents with high coding integrity and distributing immediately. * **Operational Standards:** Remain fully compliant with operational standards, meeting or exceeding call center operational metrics. * **Customer Service:** Maintain a superior level of genuine caring and empathetic customer service throughout all interactions, earning the trust of our callers and anticipating their needs. **About arenaflex:** We're a dynamic and growing company, committed to revolutionizing the financial services industry with innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
