About the Position We're seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs. Your expertise in live chat support, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in driving user satisfaction and platform growth. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective support to existing arenaflex users through live chat, email, and phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism Troubleshoot issues quickly and explain scenarios/solutions in an easily digestible and effective manner, ensuring seamless user experiences Handle various daily and weekly admin responsibilities, such as proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and more, to maintain platform efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with our engineering, partner, and corporate teams to provide valuable insights on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools Work with vendor and industry partners to streamline communication and alerts between systems, fostering a cohesive and integrated support ecosystem Contribute to the continuous development and expansion of processes to streamline support workflows, driving process improvements and user satisfaction Essential Qualifications 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment 2-Year Associate's Degree or 4-Year College Degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions effectively Experience in chat support preferred, with a strong understanding of intercom and/or other chat platforms Patient and compassionate approach when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to learn and help customers succeed Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities, with a positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality Preferred Qualifications Tech/start-up work experience, with a deep understanding of the animal health industry and its unique challenges Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Experience with platform demos, internal discussion boards, and other support tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a culture of growth, learning, and development.
