Our remote work environment allows us to attract and retain top talent from around the world, and we are excited to welcome a new team member to our dynamic and collaborative team. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Performing a variety of support functions to support the department, including data entry, report generation, and project assistance * Handling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines * Compiling data and generating reports to support business decisions and operations * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases * Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders * Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and reporting **Required Skills & Experience** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices * Fast typing skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data * Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel * Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices * Basic understanding of databases and data management principles * Good command of English, both oral and written, with excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently complete tasks **Preferred Skills & Experience** While not required, the following skills and experience would be an asset in this role: * Knowledge of touch typing systems and techniques * Experience with data entry software and systems, such as data entry software and databases * Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Equipment Specifications** To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following equipment specifications: * Dual monitors, with the ability to have Teams and Outlook open simultaneously * A keyboard with a 10-key number pad * Windows 10 or 11 operating system * An ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher * A minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred) * A laptop that can run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution (laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution) * No Chromebook or MacBook * A web camera for Teams meetings * A headset or external speakers (if none built-in) for calls **Work Environment & Culture** As a remote employee at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee growth.
