You'll work closely with our team to transpose customs declaration information from documents into our operating system, verify compliance with regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a passion for logistics and supply chain management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents * Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration * Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards * Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Ensure compliance at all times to regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism * Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the success of our Customs Brokerage team **Qualifications** * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration) * Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills in the field of logistics and supply chain management * Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proficient computer skills, including data entry, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.
