Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Digital Product Manager to play a vital role in the Automation Development group, focusing on the process, discovery, and implementation of cutting-edge chat automation capabilities. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to shape the company's conversational AI customer servicing products. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience and contribute to the company's continued success.
