As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing a framework of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define metrics, design and implement data pipelines and dashboards, and report progress towards our objectives on a regular basis. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and analyze business issues within your domain, challenge assumptions, and recommend solutions to drive business growth * Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines and dashboards that provide actionable insights * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations, including data sources, data quality, and data governance * Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science * 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on retail and e-commerce * Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth * Strong technical skills, including SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive) * Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science * Experience with AI and machine learning techniques * Experience leading a team of analysts * Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques * Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Generous paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data analytics professional who is passionate about driving business growth and improving customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
