Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Risk Management and Business Process Improvement to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business procedures and risk management solutions, utilizing business or consumer department data. You will investigate structured and unstructured data, interpret information using statistical, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods, and collaborate with technology and other groups on the integration and implementation of risk management approaches and business procedures. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business procedures and risk management solutions, utilizing business or consumer department data Investigate structured and unstructured data, and interpret information using statistical, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods Collaborate with technology and other groups on the integration and implementation of risk management approaches and business procedures Identify and assess new data sources (controlled and uncontrolled) that could add steady productivity to arenaflex's products/services Use industry and internal best practices, and incorporate regulatory feedback on a case-by-case basis to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience in risk management and data analysis. You should also have experience working with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical teams, and be proficient in MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling, as well as Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix. Essential Qualifications Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 1 year of experience in risk management, interpreting complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences, working with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical teams, and cost-benefit analyses and developing and implementing business process improvement strategies Project management experience, driving business change, and reengineering systems Proficiency in MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling, as well as Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
