About the Role As a Dutch Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing top-notch support to our clients. This is an excellent chance to work with a leading IT brand, stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments, and develop strong communication skills in Dutch. Our comprehensive training program, led by certified instructors, will equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve queries and concerns Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major IT brand Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords Set up repairs for hardware-related issues Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts Maintain high customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve our services Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: Fluency in Dutch Advanced English knowledge Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred Prior customer support experience would be an advantage Strong troubleshooting skills While not essential, experience in the IT industry or a related field would be beneficial.
