Job Description We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $35,000 – $40,000 per annum. You'll be working standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for flexible scheduling if needed. This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities As an Entry Level Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently input, manage, and maintain various types of data associated with arenaflex operations. You'll be an integral part of the team, helping to ensure that our data is accurate and up to date, which is crucial for effective decision-making and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Entering shipping information Updating customer databases Verifying the accuracy of data during input processes Generating reports based on the data collected Assisting in data analysis Participating in special projects as needed Coordinating with various departments such as operations, customer service, and logistics to address any data discrepancies and ensure seamless workflow across the company Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of data entry processes and procedures Essential Qualifications While prior experience is not necessary, any customer service or data entry experience is a plus.
