To best address the needs of our customers and patients, we offer a genuine omnichannel experience, with fully integrated physical and digital platforms supported by the latest technology to deliver excellent products and services in communities across the country. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, working under direct supervision, and performing various tasks related to data entry, patient enrollment, and customer service. You will utilize our pharmacy systems to gather patient and medication data, handle patient medicine requests within HIPAA guidelines, and enter refill orders for processing. You will also investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve data entry-related exceptions. Additionally, you will handle correspondence with patients, settle outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis, and provide support to pharmacists in the office and other areas. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into a suitable system. * Handle patient medicine requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. * Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve data entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. * Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Settle phone calls to safety net providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as suitable. **Essential Qualifications** * High school certificate or GED. * Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online). * Essential web browser skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files). * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $25-$35/Hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * 401(k) retirement plan with company match. * Paid time off and holidays. * Professional development opportunities. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
