Join Our Crew We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to of Mods. As a Mod, you'll be part of a dynamic, remote team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our Mods are the face of blithequark, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities * Provide top-notch customer support via phone, ticket, and chat channels * Utilize your firearms expertise to assist customers with product-related inquiries and concerns * Leverage your research skills to quickly locate workflows and information in our knowledge base * Multitask across multiple platforms, including phones, chats, tickets, and Amazon * Engage in direct, daily client interactions and provide feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences * Stay organized and dependable, with a focus on learning and adapting to multiple workflows * Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions Essential Qualifications * Strong knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles (gun ownership a plus) * Reliable and committed to a long-term project engagement * Ability to quickly pick up and follow established processes * Strong research skills, with the ability to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base * Experience with Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad (a plus, but not required) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a customer support role, preferably in the firearms industry * Familiarity with MSQ security software and 2FA app * Proficiency in Windows 10 or above, with a dedicated laptop or desktop computer * Quality headset and willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your phone Work Environment and Culture As a remote team, we value flexibility and autonomy.
