Job Overview arenaflex is seeking a skilled data entry specialist to join our customer service operations team. This role will work closely with our outsourced call centers to ensure seamless data entry operations and provide excellent support to our users. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data entry, customer service, and application management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Manage data entry operations for our outsourced call centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all data entry tasks Develop and maintain strong relationships with our call center partners, providing training and support to ensure excellent customer service Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective communication Design and develop training programs for our call center agents, focusing on data entry, customer service, and application management Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure that our agents have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including call center managers, operations teams, and IT departments Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field Strong background in application management, with experience in web and cloud-based applications Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and manage own time efficiently, with a high degree of independence and self-motivation Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with knowledge of call center operations and management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and process improvement Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning strategies and tools Strong facilitation and training skills, with experience in designing and delivering training programs Experience working in a cross-cultural, global environment, with knowledge of international customer service operations Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
