As a key member of our business development and operations team, you will be responsible for managing corporate travel management organizations (TMCs) and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. If you have a proven track record of success in outside sales, a strong understanding of the retail service industry, and excellent communication and analytical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a knowledgeable authority for TMC business for arenaflex, utilizing your expertise to drive steady revenue growth and maximize profitability. * Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex. * With minimal guidance, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements with the goal of achieving the highest share of the market and yield possible in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profit. * Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the terms of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex. * Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like ARC and CRSS. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
