About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Virtual Services Team. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in implementing evidence-based ABA therapy programs for clients with Autism bolthires Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in a telehealth/virtual setting.Key Responsibilities: • Conduct 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or the parents of the client have communicated to the clinical team that they would not like for the hours to be provided. • Implement individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Support Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director andSenior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff. • Render completed sessions daily and write thorough notes per CSD's cancellation policy when changes occur.• Communicate schedule changes and cancellations to the clinical team immediately. • Participate in regular meetings and promptly communicate with Clinical Leaders via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Support Plans, family concerns, and questions. • Fulfill the timely completion of necessary clinical documentation and communication of: • Daily Treatment Session Notes • Daily Treatment bolthires Data • Daily (If applicable) Behavior Data • Monthly Session Plans • Ensure parent participation during sessions as deemed necessary by theSenior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and per the Treatment Plan.• Keep updated with other site-related documents and current clinical reports for each child served. • Remain current regarding new research, current trends, and developments in special education and related fields. • Attend staff meetings, in-services, trainings, and other meetings as requested. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should: • Have a High School Diploma or GED. • Possess 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). • Have telehealth/virtual experience (preferred).• Be available to work a flexible schedule, with a high demand for time Monday through Friday 3-8PM PST. • Be able to complete new hire training conducted online and in-person. • Be sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population. • Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. • Be able to consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills. • Be able to exercise confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment.• Be able to appropriately interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations. • Be knowledgeable and skilled in computer/word processing software. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements may include but are not limited to: • Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, twisting to observe, assess, and interact with clients (50%). • Frequent speaking and listening (50%) to clients, staff, and other professionals in-meetings and on-the-phone. • Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting, and using upper and lower limbs to drive car to-and-from home visits and meetings (20%).• Occasional sitting and maintaining close visual attention to write reports and perform computer work (15%). • Occasional lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading of toys and materials used in home visits (10%).
