About the Role We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team. As an IAM Developer, you will be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our security and governance posture. You will work closely with our international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable and nimble shape. Your expertise in IAM solutions, SailPoint implementation, and strong IAM domain knowledge will be essential in driving our security initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ Install, manage, and troubleshoot IAM solutions in an enterprise environment Implement SailPoint solutions with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements Utilize WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. You should also have experience with trade deployment/release management and be proficient in languages such as Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server. A tremendous mindset and a passion for innovation and security are also essential. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area Alternatively, 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company Preferred Qualifications Strong experience with SailPoint implementation and IAM domain knowledge Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
