Job Overview: Inside Sales Specialist We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist to develop relationships with customers, gather requirements, and negotiate terms to provide products to our diverse customer base. As an Inside Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a large base of repeat customers and focus on digital communications, including live chat and email. This is a great B2B professional sales opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat Identify and investigate customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs Make accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales Provide superior customer service to increase sales opportunities Advise on forthcoming product developments and upsell special promotions Check quantities in inventory and order progress with suppliers Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on future buying trends Identify new markets and business opportunities Aim to meet or exceed sales targets Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience. We prefer candidates with industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or strong customer service experience. You should also have strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications. Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and the ability to type 40 WPM, is also required.
